  • 8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 6 oz thick-cut bacon or pancetta
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  2. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.
