- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
- Set up a coating station with three bowls: one with flour mixed with garlic powder and paprika, another with whisked eggs, and the last with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken piece in the flour mixture, then the egg wash, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry chicken nuggets in batches for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
