  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine melted butter and cocoa powder until smooth. Stir in sugar, then add eggs one at a time.
  3. Gently fold in flour until just combined; the batter should be thick.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar until smooth. Add one egg and mix well.
  5. Pour half the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Spread cheesecake filling on top, then dollop remaining brownie batter over it.
  6. Scatter sliced strawberries on top and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  7. Allow cooling completely before slicing into squares.
