Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a baking dish with non-stick spray or olive oil.
- In a bowl, coat the chicken thighs with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Massage the spices into the meat.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the seasoned thighs and place them in the baking dish.
