- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook seasoned chicken until golden brown on both sides (6-7 minutes per side). Shred the chicken once cooled.
