Description

Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Peppers are a flavorful twist on a classic dish, combining spicy buffalo chicken and creamy cheese in vibrant bell peppers. Perfect for game day or family dinners!

  • 4 bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds. Place them upright in a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Generously fill each pepper with the buffalo chicken mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.
  4. Top each stuffed pepper with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
