Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds. Place them upright in a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cream cheese until well combined.
- Generously fill each pepper with the buffalo chicken mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.
- Top each stuffed pepper with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly and golden.
