Ingredients

  • Linguine or fettuccine pasta
  • Large deveined shrimp
  • Fresh garlic cloves
  • Unsalted butter
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Heavy cream
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • Lemon juice and zest
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add shrimp until pink.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest; simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture and half of the Parmesan cheese; mix well.
  6. Transfer to the prepared baking dish, top with remaining Parmesan and breadcrumbs, then bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
