Description

Shrimp Tacos with Mango Salsa are a quick and delicious dish that combines succulent shrimp with sweet mango salsa, delivering a burst of tropical flavors in every bite.


Ingredients

  • Large fresh shrimp
  • Soft corn tortillas
  • Ripe mango
  • Red onion
  • Lime juice
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Chili powder

  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Chop the mango, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl until coated.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
