Description

Berry Swirl Cheesecake Bites are a delightful no-bake treat, combining creamy cheesecake with vibrant berry swirls. Perfect for any occasion, these bites are irresistibly delicious and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Heavy Cream
  • Fresh or Frozen Berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries)
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • Unsalted Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into an even layer in an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and heavy cream until fluffy.
  3. Gently warm berries in a saucepan until they break down slightly, adding sugar if desired.
  4. Layer half the cream cheese mixture over the crust, dollop berry mixture on top, then spoon the remaining cheesecake filling over it. Use a toothpick to create swirls.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until slightly set but still jiggly in the center. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
