Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into an even layer in an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Beat softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and heavy cream until fluffy.
- Gently warm berries in a saucepan until they break down slightly, adding sugar if desired.
