  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Fresh romaine lettuce
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Croutons (store-bought or homemade)
  • Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • Lemon juice
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on a clean countertop.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. While the chicken grills, wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
