  • 23 garlic cloves
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (with green chiles)
  • Taco seasoning
  • 8 flour or corn tortillas
  • Shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • Optional: sour cream, fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Sauté chopped onion in olive oil until translucent, then add minced garlic.
