Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  3. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Stir in milk until just combined.
  4. Turn dough onto a floured surface and pat into a rectangle; cut out biscuits.
  5. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  6. In a skillet, cook sausage until browned; sprinkle with flour and stir for one minute.
  7. Gradually add milk while whisking until thickened.
  8. Serve biscuits topped with hot gravy.
