- 1 cup whole hazelnuts
- 1 cup milk chocolate
- ½ cup dark chocolate
- ½ cup Nutella
- 1 cup wafer cookies (crushed)
- 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roast hazelnuts on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- 2. Crush wafer cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- 3. Mix crushed wafers with Nutella in a bowl, adding confectioners’ sugar if too sticky.
- 4. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch) and press half a hazelnut into each before chilling them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- 5. Melt milk and dark chocolates separately using a microwave or double boiler.
- 6. Dip each chilled ball in melted milk chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, then roll in crushed hazelnuts. Chill again until set.
