Description

Indulge in the rich, nutty layers of homemade Ferrero Rocher chocolates—perfectly crunchy, creamy, and irresistible. A delightful treat for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup whole hazelnuts
  • 1 cup milk chocolate
  • ½ cup dark chocolate
  • ½ cup Nutella
  • 1 cup wafer cookies (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roast hazelnuts on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  2. 2. Crush wafer cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  3. 3. Mix crushed wafers with Nutella in a bowl, adding confectioners’ sugar if too sticky.
  4. 4. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch) and press half a hazelnut into each before chilling them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Melt milk and dark chocolates separately using a microwave or double boiler.
  6. 6. Dip each chilled ball in melted milk chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, then roll in crushed hazelnuts. Chill again until set.
