- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
- Add ground beef or turkey; cook until browned.
- Stir in diced bell peppers and cook for about five minutes until softened.
- Mix in chili powder and cumin, then add crushed tomatoes and drained kidney beans. Stir well.
