Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)

  • 2 bell peppers (diced)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  5. Reduce heat and let simmer uncovered for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors, adjusting seasoning as needed before serving.
