Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches wide and transfer it to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Spread your favorite pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving space at the edges.
  4. Layer mozzarella first, followed by dollops of ricotta, crumbles of gorgonzola, and sprinkle with parmesan.
  5. Season lightly with salt and pepper; drizzle olive oil on top.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Sprinkle fresh basil on top right after removing from the oven.
