Ingredients

  • Whole chicken (4-5 pounds)
  • Fresh garlic (6-8 cloves, minced)
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley)
  • Olive oil (2-3 tablespoons)
  • Lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
