Description

Indulge in a creamy Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta that combines rich flavors, succulent shrimp, and tender steak for a delightful dining experience perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Fettuccine pasta
  • Raw shrimp
  • Tender steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • Heavy cream
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Minced garlic
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Sauté seasoned raw shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sear seasoned steak for 4-5 minutes per side until browned; remove from heat.
  4. Lower the heat, add minced garlic to the skillet until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Pour in heavy cream and stir gently as it thickens.
  5. Gradually whisk in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Combine cooked fettuccine, sautéed shrimp, and sliced steak into the sauce; toss gently to coat.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving hot.
