Ingredients
- Fettuccine pasta
- Raw shrimp
- Tender steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- Heavy cream
- Cajun seasoning
- Minced garlic

Instructions
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Sauté seasoned raw shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sear seasoned steak for 4-5 minutes per side until browned; remove from heat.
- Lower the heat, add minced garlic to the skillet until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Pour in heavy cream and stir gently as it thickens.
- Gradually whisk in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
