Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 8 oz fettuccine or linguine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: chop garlic and thaw lobster tails if frozen.
  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve a cup of pasta water.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add chopped lobster; cook until opaque.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Toss the drained pasta into the skillet with the sauce. Gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until melted; add reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
