- 8 oz fettuccine or linguine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: chop garlic and thaw lobster tails if frozen.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve a cup of pasta water.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add chopped lobster; cook until opaque.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Toss the drained pasta into the skillet with the sauce. Gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until melted; add reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
