Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla until frothy. Fold in the melted chocolate until fully combined.
- Gently fold in fresh raspberries, being careful not to crush them.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 25-30 minutes or until set but slightly soft in the center.
