- 1 cup whole milk (warm)

- 1 cup cranberries (fresh or dried)
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine warm milk and sugar; sprinkle yeast on top and let sit until bubbly.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Add melted butter and yeast mixture; mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Prepare filling by mixing softened butter, sugar, cinnamon, cranberries, and orange zest in a bowl. Spread evenly over rolled-out dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log shape and cut into pieces about 2 inches thick.
- Arrange rolls in a greased baking pan and allow to rise again for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- For frosting, mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until creamy smooth.
