  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente (about 10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Add diced chicken breasts seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until fully cooked through (about 6-8 minutes).
  4. Stir in heavy cream and gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until smooth to create the Alfredo sauce.
  5. Stuff each cooked shell with the chicken Alfredo mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and cover the dish with foil. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
