  • 2 sturdy crusty bread loaves (sourdough or ciabatta)
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
