Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup vegan kimchi, chopped
- 1 cup firm tofu, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and water until smooth to form dough. Knead for 5 minutes until soft.
- In another bowl, mix crumbled tofu with kimchi, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Divide dough into small balls and roll each out into thin circles (approximately 3 inches wide).
- Place a spoonful of filling on each wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold to seal tightly.
- Cook by steaming in a bamboo steamer for 10 minutes or pan-fry in oil until golden brown.
