Description

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Scrub the russet potatoes under cold water and pat dry.
  3. Poke several holes around each potato using a fork to allow steam to escape.
  4. Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle generously with sea salt.
  5. Place the seasoned potatoes directly on the oven rack or on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 45-60 minutes until soft when squeezed gently.
  7. Carefully remove from the oven, slice open, fluff the insides with a fork, and add your desired toppings.
