Ingredients

  • Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing in the vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder, then gradually blend into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them two inches apart, and bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden but soft in the center.
  6. While cookies cool, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  7. Once cooled, spread whipped cream between two cookies and drizzle melted chocolate on top.
